Rob Noble – Director
Rob has been involved in providing Consultancy and Trustee Secretarial support to Trustees in excess of 25 years. In more recent times he has assisted a wide range of employers from PLCs to small employers to navigate the challenges of Auto Enrolment and employer Governance. Having worked for SMEs and Multi-National Financial Services, Employee Benefits and Actuarial Consultancies his ability to lead or assist companies to self-serve employee benefit solutions is held in high regard by our clients as is demonstrated on our testimonial page.
Rob was personally invited to join the Department of Work and Pensions Investment Governance Group which ultimately delivered the Investment Governance criteria currently in place.
Katie St Pier – Associate Director
Katie has a wealth of experience of providing support to clients tailored to the needs of their employee benefits programmes. She very much understands that clients require different levels of support and will develop solutions tailored to the clients culture and budget requirements.
Laura Ware – Manager – Client Services
Laura has provided client relationship support for many years. She oversees the internal controls and processes within 44 seeking continuous improvement for 44 and clients alike, whist maintaining an outcome orientated culture.
Steve Clark – Director
Steve has advised business owners and their employees on wealth management and protection for over 25 years. He has wide ranging experience in advising employers from SMEs right through to multinational employers with advice given from the Boardroom to the shop floor.
Steve has been advising some of his clients for twenty years. Over 80% of his clients came via personal recommendation, from people who value open and transparent advice.
He has particular experience in advising employers in the, charitable, not for profit and retail sectors.
